SHINI low-speed crushers SG-16N/16D/20N Series
Designed for grinding sprues and scrap. The pelletizers are installed next to the casting machine and gripper connected by a belt conveyor. They are characterized by low speed, high torque, low dust emission, and easy operation.
Design features
- Staggered rotating knives (SG-16N/16D/SG-20NC) distribute the load and improve grinding efficiency. Non-adjustable stops are designed for easy knife replacement.
- Smooth continuous operation is ensured by the low pelletizing speed and sharp tilt angle of the rotating knives.
- Template designed for independent installation, adjustment, and fastening of movable and fixed knives excludes dangerous operations inside the equipment (SG-20N series).
- Direct drive of the pelletizing knives is connected to a geared motor. Its design saves time on adjusting and maintaining the drive belt (SG-1628D series).
- The outer collecting hopper is installed outside the working chamber to prevent leaks.
- Optimum cutting angle provides for low resistance and high efficiency, and prevents jamming.
- Optimized design significantly reduces vibration during operation.
